Turning Transactions into Relationships!
About Me
As a lifelong Virginian, Kimberly Maguire, has called several areas of the State “home” over the years. Kimberly grew up in the Churchland and Western Branch areas of Tidewater, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from James Madison University (Harrisonburg), began her 31 year career as an educator in Charlottesville, raised her children and taught hundreds of students in Fluvanna County. Most recently she has been fortunate enough to return to the Tidewater area, where for the past 9 years she has witnessed the charming communities of Isle of Wight, Suffolk, and Franklin develop into real estate hot spots which appreciate the past, celebrate the present, and embrace the future. Kimberly’s passion for serving others, her commitment to her community, combined with her problem solving, integrity, and professionalism will serve her clients well through the years. Believing everyone needs a place to not only call home, but truly feel at home, is Kimberly’s goal for all her residential real estate clients, whether they are buying or selling. Kimberly has a gift for pairing practicality and passions in order to help clients find the home that best suits their needs. Not only a mother to a blended family of 3 children, 3 bonus children and one precious grandson, Kimberly also enjoys spending time with her six dogs, two horses and being involved in her local church. Kimberly’s time as a small farm and boarding business owner provides insight to her clients seeking opportunities in our rural communities. Above all, she knows real estate is much more than buying and selling - It’s about building relationships and having her clients feel inspired, at peace, and confident their questions will be answered and their transactions will go as smoothly as possible with her at their side.
